We are looking for a passionate HR Coordinator to join our team as of January 2027.

The HR Coordinator provides high-quality administrative and operational support across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and broader people processes for EMEA region.

The role ensures consistent and positive experience for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders by supporting day-to-day activities, maintaining accurate data and documentation, coordinating key processes, and contributing to reporting, communications, and talent-related projects.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Create, update, and maintain job requisitions and related Talent Acquisition information within relevant HR and Talent systems
  • Ensure candidate and requisition data is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Coordinate candidate travel and related arrangements when required
  • Support candidate assessment processes, including the administration of assessment tools where applicable
  • Coordinate the offer process, including preparation and administration of offer documentation in partnership with HR and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and support talent pooling activities for current and future business needs
  • Support Talent Acquisition reporting, metrics, and data analysis as required

HR Systems, Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee, candidate, Talent Acquisition, and talent-related information across relevant HR systems and tools
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports and trackers, including open positions, filled positions, Talent Acquisition activity, and other relevant talent metrics
  • Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and broader HR initiatives

Communications & Employer Branding:

  • Support Talent Acquisition and HR communications across relevant internal and external channels
  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition and employer branding content in partnership with Communications Marketing, or other relevant stakeholders
  • Help ensure career and employment-related content remains accurate, relevant, and up to date

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or a related coordination role preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach when working with candidates, employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, collaboration platforms, assessment tools, and other digital HR technologies
  • Strong proficiency in standard office productivity and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a regional or global team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare, interpret, and communicate HR and Talent-related data
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
