Account Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Coordinator to manage client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the initial brief for new product launches through to order management, replenishment activities, and ongoing account support.

Role Purpose:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating all operational activities from new product launch briefs through order execution and replenishment, while maintaining high service levels and fostering long-term customer partnerships.

The successful candidate will act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal departments, including Sales, NPD, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Finance.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

•    Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers.

•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

•    Understand customer requirements and ensure they are accurately communicated to internal stakeholders.

•    Provide regular updates on project progress, order status, and delivery timelines.


New Product Launch Coordination:

•    Receive and review customer briefs for new product launches.

•    Coordinate cross-functional activities required to bring new products to market successfully.

•    Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

•    Ensure all customer specifications and requirements are properly documented and implemented.

•    Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may impact launch timing or customer satisfaction.


Order Management:

•    Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

•    Monitor order status from entry through delivery.

•    Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

•    Manage order amendments, urgent requests, and customer escalations when necessary.


Replenishment and Ongoing Business Management:

•    Oversee reorder activities and ongoing customer requirements.

•    Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and demand trends to support business continuity.

•    Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

•    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid service disruptions.


Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

•    Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and project documentation.

•    Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

•    Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

•    Contribute to business reviews and customer meetings as required.


Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

•    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Project Coordination, or Order Management.

•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

•    Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

•    French/Spanish would be a plus

Preferred

•    Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Packaging, Retail, or similar industries.

•    Understanding of Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes.

•    Experience managing new product introduction (NPI) projects.

  • Employment Type: Permanent Contract, full-time
  • Salary range: EUR 28.000 - 35.000  gross per year
